The Tribune also quotes some Marines as saying residents of one riverside town turned all their lights out at night, evidently to warn nearby towns of the American offensive.

I thought they didn’t have electricity or water and that was why they were resorting to terrorism. Sounds like at least one riverside town should have its electricity cut off.
