Conservative Court?

So the “conservative” Supreme Court apparently agrees, without significant dissent, with the ACLU that “women do not give up the right to terminate a pregnancy when they enter prison…” One is led to wonder exactly what rights prisoners do give up. Do they give up the right of “no taxation without representation” or is that a right that the ACLU and the “conservative” Supreme Court will only take from those not in prison?

Deputy Director of the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project Talcot Camp stated that “women do not give up the right to terminate a pregnancy when they enter prison any more than they give up the right to carry a pregnancy to term, and we are glad the Court agreed.”
