Federal bureacrat "crushes" local drag races

Another argument for a smaller federal bureaucracy. A local nonprofit group sponsors drag meets at the airport six or seven times a year. The group pays the underfunded airport authority $1,000 a day for the privilege. Enter Tony Garcia of the Federal Aviation Administration, bureacrat extraordinaire. Mr. Garcia has issued a “desist order” against the races.
