I’m just not that impressed with the Apple 30 GB iPod with Video Playback Black. Wasn’t ever that impressed with the older ones either. Especially when the “Availability:” 3 weeks before Christmas is “In stock soon.” And itunes and Quicktime insist on running at startup once you install them to your PC. I think I’d rather buy a Sony BMG CD.
Now Gizmondo is impressive. 400mHZ processor, gaming, digital camera, 128-bit 3D Graphics accelerator from Nvidia, GPS tracking and mapping, music and movies played with Windows Media Player, Bluetooth and GPRS.
Pepper Pad Internet Media Player is really cool, but pricey. I think I’d prefer a laptop computer myself, but this thing is worth a look if you’re antikeyboard and don’t want to shell out the really big bucks for a Tablet PC.
