What do Pat Buchanan, Ted Kennedy and Michael Moore have in common?

The ideas and rhetoric of hard leftists, hard rightists, crackpot Libertarians, Greens, Marxists, and Islamofascists have become so similar that it’s almost impossible to tell whether a given statement was made by a writer in the Arab press, an editorialist at The Nation, Pat Buchanan, or Osama Bin Laden.
